With 45+ apps in nearly every major business category, including sales, marketing, customer support, accounting and back office operations, and an array of productivity and collaboration tools, Zoho is one of the world's most prolific software companies. Zoho is privately held and profitable with more than 8,000 employees. It is headquartered in Austin, Texas with international headquarters in Chennai, India. Additional offices are in the United States, India, Japan, China, Singapore, Mexico, Australia, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates.
Zia is a result of almost 10 years of deep R&D. Zoho stands out due to the sheer breadth and depth of its product portfolio, which currently stands at 45+ products, with more being added every year. The experience and insights from the various fields have been applied to develop and improve Zia.
Zia has multiple functionalities like grammar correction, translation, sentiment analysis, phishing detection, parses, voice assistant, seasonality detection, NLP, Malicious File Detection, forecasting, anomalous behaviour, trend detection, OCR, language prediction, facial recognition, root cause analysis, product recommendation, data cleaning, Anomalous Behaviour, Object detection, Malicious URL Detection, Classifiers and Keyword extraction. Each of these functionality has great depth. For example, OCR can do skew analysis, image binarization, classification and more. These capabilities are added to various Zoho products.
The biggest challenge that Zia overcame was to deliver high accuracy on limited data. Zia has access to data only after all PII (Personally Identifiable Information) has been filtered out. Zoho's engineers have managed to tune the algorithms to work effectively in a privacy-first setting.
Zoho has exposed the deep technology to developers with Zia Skill Builder so that Zoho’s customers can be provided greater value. Zia also has integration that allows it to pull data from multiple products in order to provide better insights.
